I'm looking up transportation between the islands and it seems like there are ferries that travel between the 3 islands If you can change your itinerary to do Lembongan first and then Gili T, you will have better luck. Scoot Cruises will start an island hopping service from Sanur to the Gilis via Lembongan in June. You can get off the boat in Lembongan and stay , then get back on the boat to continue to the Gilis.
